By the same creators as The Office, this show follows Leslie Knope, an idealistic government employee in the Parks Department of a midwestern town. Not necessarily recommended for bingeing since Leslie’s misguided do-gooderism can become grating in large doses, but watch it for the running jokes and all of the other characters, including the marvelous recurring guest characters. Upbeat and winsome.
