Our story takes place two hundred years after a nuclear holocaust in a 1950s reality that isn’t quite our reality. A naïve young vault dweller, Lucy, leaves her safe underground shelter to explore the wasteland that used to be Los Angeles, looking for her father. A young soldier, Maximus, uses a steel suit to become a powerful warrior, and a cowboy ghoul who cannot die searches for a bounty. Violent in a cartoony way, but also funny, Lucy, Maximus and the Ghoul travel the sands, their paths occasionally crossing as we start to learn the truth about how this all started.
