Part of the Defenders group of mild super hero shows. Gritty, hard-drinking female superhero surrounded by interesting female characters. It starts slow, stick with it. Season One featured one of the creepiest villains ever, played by the charming David Tennant. Season Two suffered by comparison without a great villain. Seasons Two and Three did not pack quite the same punch.
