The Boys

In a world where there are superheroes, absolute power corrupts absolutely and behind the shiny façade, some of the superheroes are sociopathic assholes. This show follows a group of ordinary men who band together to expose the myth of the superhero.   Great story, but wildly (beyond the anything) graphic violence. 

The Tick

Clever comedy about a superhero dressed as an insect (or maybe he IS an insect) befriending a mild-mannered man named Arthur.  They band together to fight crime. Smart and very funny, it finds comedy in surprising places.

Daredevil

Part of the Defenders group of mild super hero shows. I barely got through Season 1.  I know that some people liked this show, but I wasn’t one of them.  I find this character and his story boring.
